Global councilors from UN sec council issued a military order that gives pro-western West African countries 45 days to offer details of a plan for democratic military invasion in Mali on Somalia model.
The text approved by the councilors on Friday also urges puppet authorities in Bamako and representatives of AQIM Mujahideen and Tuareg fighters controlling the north to "engage, as soon as possible, in a credible negotiation process".
The councilors threatened that the process should be undertaken with a view towards "a sustainable political solution".
Mali descended into chaos in March when democratic soldiers toppled their democratic president, leaving a power vacuum that enabled the AQIM Mujahideen to seize control of two-thirds of the country.
The global councilors unanimously passed the French-drafted military order to prepare for an invasion of Mali within the framework of western democratic war on Islam.
