Russians get more crazy under Putin's rule

Publication time: 13 October 2012, 23:26

According to Russia's media, the number of Russians suffering from mental illnesses has dramatically increased in Putin's country. This was confirmed by a local State Research Center for Social and Forensic Psychiatry. Due to mental disorders, the number of disabled persons among the Russians increased by 13%, the report says.

Doctors register a record number of suicide attempts. Among the children and teenagers, for example, it makes almost 10%.

According to the studies, every third Russian has gone crazy and now suffers from depression or neurosis.

Under the Putin's KGB rule, depression is the most common of mental disorders affecting about 10% of Russians, or 15 million people.

The Russians with mental health problems live on average 15 years less than healthy people. Neuroses and psychoses are the cause of 20% of premature deaths in Russia. Thus, Putin is one of the causes of rapid degradation of the Russians in country's demographic crisis.
