SYRIA'S LIBERATED AREAS (Kavkaz Center) - On Sunday afternoon, our correspondent saw with his own eyes 4 Turkish F16 planes bombing targets inside Syria in border areas.
The correspondent can not say exactly what they exactly targeted. However, the bombings lasted for a long time. The jets made several run-ups, and it was clear that F16s bombed ground targets.
No Western, Turkish or Syrian media reported on the attack.
In other developments, the Mujahideen captured 2 major checkpoints on Turkish border on Sunday,, and now there are armed units of Mujahideen there.
On Saturday, the fighters of Sheikh Jalal's unit from the village of Anjar in Aleppo shot down a war plane in Khan al-Asal district. The unit consists mostly of muhajirs, or emigrants. It was then decided to storm the fortified house of Assad's Shabbiha gang.
In this battle, Emir Sheikh Jalal martyred, Insha'Allah, and 4 other Mujahideen were wounded.
Sheikh Jalal was very authoritative and respected Emir (a Bedouin, and engineer by training). He twice halted military columns of Assadites. The first time, it were enemy special troops, and the second time he attacked enemy armored vehicles. He repeatedly went alone to fire on Assadite bases. He was modest and always smiling. He was against dividing Muslims into "Islamists", "Salafis", "Al-Qaeda men" etc.
