KC sources report that leaflets, on behalf of the Mujahideen of Province of Nokhchicho (aka Chechnya/Ichkeria) of the Caucasus Emirate, have been distributed in different parts of capital Jokhar since the beginning of the month of Dhul-Hijjah, or October.
Curiously, the puppets reported nothing of the fact of distribution of leaflets, although they were widely circulated among the locals.
The editorial staff of Kavkaz Center has been given the text of the leaflet.

In the name of Allah, Most Gracious, Most Merciful!
Stand up again and praise Allah and send greetings to the Prophet (pbuh).
Our dear brothers and sisters.
Allah says in the Quran:
"And never will the Jews or the Christians approve of you unless you follow their religion. Say, "Indeed, the guidance of Allah is the [only] guidance." If you were to follow their desires after all the knowledge you have gained, you would have gone against Allah's will thus refuting Him as the protector and the helper".
(The Holy Quran, Chapter 2. "The Cow", verse 120)
"Say, "O My servants who have believed, fear your Lord. For those who do good in this world , the good will come your way, and the earth of Allah is spacious. Indeed, the patient will be given their reward without account"."
(The Holy Quran, Chapter 39. "The Troops", verse 10)
Despite the cruelty of the enemies and their cunning, the Chechen people continue to provide full support to the Mujahideen and show patience in this difficult time. Dear Brothers and Sisters, may Allah reward you with only the best for your help.
Allah also says:
" If they could, they (infidels) would continue to fight you until they made you turn your back to your religion.".
(The Holy Quran, Chapter 2. "The Cow", verse 217)
We, the Mujahideen, will do our best to defend our little plot of land, abundantly watered in the blood of hundreds of thousands of Chechens - the heroic defenders of our ancestor's land.
In a hadith from Abu Huraira, it is said:
"If anyone contributes a pair of anything for the sake of Allah, he/she would be invited to enter Paradise: "O servant of Allah, it is good (for you). Those who engage in prayer will he invited to enter by the gate of prayer; those who take part in Jihad will be Invited to enter by the gate of Jihad"."
The world today is divided into two camps: the camp of the believers and the camp of the unbelievers.
The Almighty said:
"Indeed Allah will gather the hypocrites and disbelievers in Hell all together! Those who wait [and watch] you. Then if you gain a victory from Allah, they say, "Were we not with you?" But if the disbelievers have a success, they will say [to them], "Did we not gain the advantage over you, but we protected you from the believers?" "
(The Holy Quran, Chapter 4. "Women", verses 140-141)
Allah also said:
"You see many of them becoming allies of those who disbelieved. How wretched is that which they have put forth for themselves to such an extent that Allah has become angry with them, and in the punishment they will abide eternally. And if they had believed in Allah and the Prophet and in what was revealed to Him, they would not have taken them as allies; but many of them still are defiantly disobedient".
(The Holy Quran, Chapter 5. "The Table Spread", verses 80-81)
"O you who have believed, do not take the Jews and the Christians as allies. They are [in fact] allies of one another. And whoever is an ally to them among you - then indeed, he/she is [one] of them. Indeed, Allah guides us so to prevent us from wrongdoing".
(The Holy Quran, Chapter 5. "The Table Spread", verse 51)
"If good touches you, it distresses them; but if harm strikes you, they rejoice at it. And if you are patient and fear Allah, their plot will not harm you at all. Indeed, Allah is fully in control of what they do".
(The Holy Quran, Chapter 3. "The Family Of 'Imran", verse 120)
If anyone really thinks that the fate of the Chechen people has been decided in Strasbourg, Washington or Moscow, then he/she is deeply mistaken.
The final end in the Russian-Caucasian war will be dictated by the Mujahideen, who with weapons in hands defend the Religion, Honor and Freedom, Allah willing!
